ITIL Starter Package
If you are new at IT service Management, this package might be more appropriate for your corporation :
Objectives:
- To raise awareness in the subjects of IT service Management and ITIL in your teams
- To make situation analysis about the basic processes and to address the improvement areas according to ITIL.
Content and Outputs:
- 3 days - ITIL Foundation Training organized in the corporate premises (i.e. optional ITIL Foundation certificate exam )
- Half day - Apollo 13 simulation (organized if min 12 people attending)
- 1 day – Assessment of basic processes and analysis of process maturities (event management, problem management, service request management, configuration management, change management)
- 2.5 days – the roadmap suggestion, reporting and management presentation
In total 7 mandays consulting service
Optional:
- The improvement process is accelerated sixty percent with the introduction of process templates. (Specified and priced according to your needs.)
